Benjamin Chua
Founder — Speco Singapore

IPOS International’s invaluable advice helped us identify what existing IP we had, what were the IP gaps that we needed to fix as well as the strategy moving forward. By understanding the assets we have, we knew what was valuable to our company and where our growth engine was. We had managed to address the gaps in our IP almost immediately and we are really thankful for that.”

Lena Lim
Director and Co-founder - Josiah Montessori

As Josiah prepares to do digital in our next phase of business, we realize that we lack the knowledge to protect our Intellectual Property (IP)… Through this project, the IPOS International’s IP Strategists have identified Josiah’s strength and competitive advantages and gaps succinctly. They provided a comprehensive audit detailing each intangible asset in categories. This knowledge is valuable for our strategy framework to go digital and overseas. They showed the areas we need to mitigate in our management practices and business plans and also provided recommendations for our review and partnership arrangements as well as the key activities we need to undertake to implement these recommendations. To safeguard our trade secrets’ business value, they highlighted the significance of trade secret management for an education business and shared best practices… The strategists provided excellent analysis of our business and recommendations. They were patient with our queries and lack of knowledge and went out of their way impart their professional know-how to us. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
